The Kinesis Programmable Electronic Crimper and Decapper product line is the most versatile of the crimping solutions from Kinesis. The range of interchangeable heads (for crimping and decapping), combined with ten individual programmes per head allows the user to optimise the crimping process and maximise throughput.
The programmable devices are available with 8, 11, 13 and 20mm crimping and decapping heads – a press of the locking button and a quick twist and the head is removed. Attaching a new head is even quicker!!
Each head has up to ten programmes stored on the device, making the unit ideal of high throughput laboratories using a variety of cap/septa combinations and vial diameters. No need to adjust the crimper each time a known method is used.
The Programmable Electronic Crimpers and Decappers have a build in pressure sensor – the vial is released as soon as the seal has been made.
A combination of the ten programme settings, the crimping head pressure sensor and the power of the unit makes the Kinesis High Power Crimp Station idea for steel and bimetallic crimp caps.
