Resisting chemical and environmental contamination in the field ensures better analytical results in the lab. SURE-Clean is an innovative new one-piece cap designed to reduce chemical and particulate contamination during sample collection and eliminate the need for caps to be changed ready for analysis back in the lab. SURE-Clean caps have a fully interlocking removable top (dust cap) that snaps into place over the septum. The 24mm cap is lined with a bonded silicone/PTFE septa which has been pre-conditioned to meet EPA standards. The exposed liner within the open top cap is completely and securely covered by the SURE-Clean dust cap, until it needs to be removed for analysis. The two-part design conforms to the same dimensions as existing caps, meaning that when the dust cap is removed, the vials can be immediately placed in the analyser. SURE-Clean can reduce your costs and simplify your purchasing - you only need to order one part and both your sampling and analysis needs are covered. You are also assured that samples collected in the field are unaffected by environmental conditions during transport back to the lab.
