Introduction Dry loading is a common technique as part of flash chromatography purification.  Pre-absorbing the reaction mixture onto a support and adding to the top of the flash column is used in preference to loading a polar solvent.  

TELOS Universal Flash Column Holder We have introduced the TELOS Universal Column Holder - attach a TELOS Dry Loading Cartridge directly to the TELOS Flash Column and purify your sample. The TELOS Universal Column Holder is available as either a standalone system or as a unit that can be attached directly to an Isolera^TM System from Biotage^®. The versatile nature of the column holder allows any combination of TELOS Dry Loading and Flash Column to be used. Alternatively, use to TELOS Flash Columns in series to increase purification capacity.  

TELOS Dry Loading Cartridges TELOS Dry Loading Cartridges are available in 4, 12, 20 and 40g sizes (nominal silica weight).  Each cartridge has a Luer outlet and attaches directly to the main TELOS Flash Column - simply select the loading column that meets your needs.  

Dry Loading Supports Kinesis recommends TELOS NM for dry loading - a more effective support than traditional silica.
