The results are in for the 2013 Kinesis customer survey

Every year we contact all of our customers and invite them to take tell us what they think of Kinesis and our products. We received a 40% increase in survey responses from last year and the overall results were as encouraging as the last. Kinesis Customer SurveyWhen asked about the quality of products they have purchased from Kinesis, 90% of customers told us they rate the quality as 'Good' to 'Very Good' and if you add the 'Average' rating the figure is a brilliant 99%! Technical advice quoteWhen it comes to customer service, it appears we are keeping you happy in that department too as a fantastic 84% of our customers rated us at 'Good' to 'Very Good'. Also up for review was our new website and we received some really helpful feedback from you on this one, with comments both commending and offering suggestions for improving the new site further in the future. It appears that you also agree, as 96% of you now rate our delivery at 'Average' to 'Very Good'. Finally we asked our customers how they would rate their overall experience of Kinesis as a supplier. To this question we received another brilliant response with 86% rating their experience at 'Good' or above. Overall Experience
