Pump heads: Multichannel, MS/CA-4 & MS/CA-8
Low pulsation, multi channel pump heads for BVP and MCP drives
The
MS/CA 8-6 and MS/CA 4-12 multi channel pump heads from Ismatec are suitable for use with the
MCP Process and
BVP Process peristaltic pump drives. They are ideal for multi channel applications where low pulsation is key.
The pump heads allow for easy and quick changeover with the bayonet coupling system.
- MS/CA Click‘n‘go cassettes
- Each channel can take different tube sizes. Tube change-over is possible even while pump is running.
- 4 channels with 12 rollers for extremely low pulsation (MS/CA 4-12), extendable to 16 channels
- 8 channel, 6 roller option available (MS/CA 8-6), extendable to 24 channels
- MS/CA (3-stop) tubing, 0.13 to 3.17 mm ID
- 1.0 bar differential pressure*

The flow rates are based on a drive speed of 1 (or 2.4) to 240 rpm. For the BVP Standard drive the indicated min. flow rates must be multiplied by factor 2.4.Approx. values: determined with water, at 22° C, no differential pressure, and Tygon R3603/R-3607 tubing.
